…after goal in Trophee des Champions final against Toulouse

Kylian Mbappe set yet another record as he scored in Paris Saint-Germain’s win over Toulouse in the Trophee des Champions final on Wednesday.

After Lee Kang-in scored Paris Saint-Germain’s opening goal in the third minute of the match, Mbappe doubled the lead at the stroke of halftime to seal the Trophee des Champions title in his club’s favour.

The mercurial French forward’s strike against Toulouse was his 111th goal at the Parc des Princes which is the most scored at the venue by any player in history. Edinson Cavani previously held the record for scoring the most goals at the stadium as he netted 110 times between 2013 and 2020.
