IRRITATION and inflammation seem to be the inaugural stage of heart disease and cancer and take root in us when we harbour destructive emotions. Tension or confusion about our direction in life, insecurity, apprehension or depression about our effectiveness in life can all weaken and poison us.
Many people argue that these debilitating patterns are endemic to modern life. Bad air quality, neighbourhood noise, pollution from automobiles and industry, caffeine overload and cell-phone distraction on the road stem from and aggravate stress.
The physical body itself is a hologram and stands in a holographic relationship with the entire universe. When we are tense and preoccupied, our bodies, vision and understanding constrict and grow myopic.
The interconnectedness of everything in us and in the universe fades from view. Thus traditions of meditation the world over laud the value of relaxation in enhancing health and awareness.
Enzyme protection – Enzymes are the catalysts for your body’s essential and effectiveness functioning. They increase the rate of nearly all the chemical reactions in every cell and different organs produce these enzymes in the process of regulating metabolism, circulation, respiration, reproduction and the functioning of the brain, within your digestive system, specific enzymes help digest foods.
They break down foods into small building blocks, so that the body can absorb them rapidly. They are found in your saliva, your stomach, your intestinal tract and pancreas.
They convert proteins into peptides and amino acids. They convert fat into fatty acids and glycerols. They convert starches and sugars into glucose.
Enzymes are in the fruits and vegetables and help in the breakdown of those foods by your body. But they become sluggish above 118 degrees and deteriorate completely above 130 degrees. Note, micro waves destroy them completely.
Juicing therefore is a way to consume the maximum possible enzymes. It should be noted that some very high speed juicers or blenders operate at such highs speed that the temperature can rise above 188 degrees or even 130 degrees.
When you consume solid foods, it takes several hours for our body to break down into usable components. Although, fibre is important for good health, the juicing process removes fibre making digestion faster.
Concentrated Nutrients-juicing concentrates nutrients by juicing the various receives thereby, introducing ample amounts of nutrients into your system, more than you could take in comfortably if you ate all of these fruits and vegetable whole.
Living juice – many people feel that to nourish your own life, it is important to consume foods alive. Juicing preserves this quality of life that is destroyed through cooking.
Phytochemical – Phytochemical are chemical compound that exist only in fruits and vegetables that control their colour and smell. These compounds are very important for good health.  For example, protein is found in yellow fruits and vegetables. Juicing is a wonderful way to get large quantity of phytochemical. They are ready absorbed into the body.
Emotions such as anger, quilt, fear, denial and resentment, all have purpose in human existence, the potential to have a negative impact on mental and physical health and well-being.
These emotions are all common responses to a new diagnosis of diabetes and equally can arise in response to the frustration of dealing with condition for many years. These emotions can sometimes lead to the neglect of self care which can instigate more long term health problems.
Destructive emotions can have a significant impact on the human body, like the stress response, these emotions can instigate changes in physiology including the increase in blood pressure, blood sugar levels and can give rise to somatic changes such as shaking, excessive perspiration, heart palpitations, to name but a few.
These bodily sensations often then lead to changes in behaviour and subsequent through processes can keep the cycle of thought emotions, physical changes and behaviour.
A person diagnosed with diabetes may be angry and resentful as thought  processes such as: Why me? This thought causes the physical bodily changes outlined above.
These bodily sensations may then initiate changes in behaviour. A person may take their anger out on somebody else or the resentment may endorse risky behaviour power and control of one’s own health.
Subsequently, these behaviours will maintain thoughts and feelings such as anger, guilt and regret maintaining the cycle or bodily changes, which impact behaviour, which in turn, affects thoughts and emotions.
The changes in physiology can cause long term healthy implications such as high blood pressure and heart problems including increased risk of stroke,  permanent high blood sugar levels can lower the body’s ability to maintain stable blood glucose levels and can lead to a diagnosis of diabetes.
In someone already diagnosed with diabetes constantly experiencing destructive emotions cannot only impact the day-to-day self care by making blood sugar levels unpredictable, more significantly, they could give rise to long term complications associated with the condition.
