Kaduna State:- A Sharia court sitting in Zaria Kaduna State has declared one Aghanchi Chukwuyenum Owolabi of Evangelical Church wanted for violating their Sharia law by holding a crusade in their town stadium. Chukwuyenum hails from Ashaka town, in Ndokwa East Local Government area of Delta State.
It was gathered that a large number of Muslim faithfuls attended the crusade and even gave their lives to Christ. Two weeks after, the Muslims leaders council in Zaria town held a meeting concerning the activities of the Evangelical Church and declared that the Church and the crusade organizers have violated their rules, as many Muslim faithfuls were converted to christian religion.
The matter was charged to a Sharia Court for blasphemy against the practice of Sharia law in state, some leaders of that great crusade were subsequently arrange before the sharia court sitting in Zaria, Kaduna state.
Aghanchi Chukwuyenum Owolabi escaped from appearing in court yesterday because anybody that had violated the rules of sharia will be found guilty and stoned to death after judgement.
The other members were found guilty by the court and are now awaiting the day they will be stoned to death. The Court then declared Aghanchi Chukwuyenum wanted and have sent signals to all their members all over the country to help them being Aghanchi Chukwuyenum to face his judgement.
