Ughelli – The Authorities of The Nigerian Police, Delta State Police Command have declared Cynthia Nura and Mary Orhoje wanted over their alleged involvement In lesbianism practice at Ughelli, Delta State.
They were declared wanted following their sudden escape from the Community when some Youths who caught them raised alarm. This attracted people to the scene and in exercise of their civic duties, the Youths immediately called Police from the Ughelli Divisional Headquarters and before they arrived, the Lesbians escaped.

It was reliably gathered that their escape never went down well with the people in the Community especially in view of its sacrilegious tendencies, hence the Police who later came to the scene without seeing them to arrest, declared them wanted, particularly Cynthia Nura, who lured Mary Orhoje into the practice to enable her face prosecution and possibly jail since it is 14 years jail term for any body caught or arrested in connection with lesbianism, gay, homosexual popularly called same-sex practice in line with the anti same-sex act of 2014 in the Country.

The Police however, urged the members of the Public to give any useful information which might lead to their arrest and subsequent prosecution as lesbianism practice is a criminal offence.
