The Chief Executive Officer of Egboh and Sons Enterprise, Mr. Celestine Egboh has said that Senator Okowa made him an employer of labour from a job seeker, through his job creation program.

He made the remarks in a chat with newsmen at Isumpe, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, on Monday.

Mr. Egboh, Delta State Youth Agricultural Entrepreneurs programme (YAGEP) beneficiary said Senator Okowa moved him and other youths from the streets and made them employers of labour.

While saying that he would continue to be grateful to Senator Okowa, he described him as a man who has the interest of youths at heart.

Egboh explained that he was jobless before he enrolled in the YAGEP programme, where he was trained and given a starter pack at the end of his training by the State Government.

Egboh said he is currently into palm, cassava and yam farming and has equally employed some workers in his farm.

He lauded Senator Okowa for ensuring that elder Sheriff Oborevwori succeeded him as the State Governor, adding that Oborevwori would continue with the good programmes of Senator Okowa.

He congratulated Governor Oborevwori and his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme, for their victories, appealing to them to continue with the job creation programme for the interest of the youths.

He prayed to God to grant the Governor and his team, more wisdom and good health to move the state to an enviable height.
