As the 2023 approaches an end, more companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) have begun to release the dates for their board meetings in preparation to release their financial statements for the period ended.
Most companies will hold board of directors’ meetings while a few will have either a statutory meeting or their Annual General Meetings in October and November respectively.
The board meetings are meetings held at intervals to analyse the performance of the company at the end of the quarter while AGMs are done just once in a year to analyze the company’s performance over the year.
The Nigerian Observer will continue to update the table as more companies release the dates for their AGMs and board meetings on the NGX.
Below are the companies that will hold their board meetings and AGMs in this month and November respectively.
